SpierA Club began as a vision rooted in wellness, movement, and mindful living. The idea came to life on the North Shore of Montreal, where professional NASCAR driver from Canada, Alex Guénette, decided to take his passion for health and optimization beyond the racetrack.
After founding ATHLEX Club in Mascouche, a high-end private training facility centered on strength and recovery, Alex saw a growing demand for more holistic and accessible movement practices.
He realized people were looking for more than just performance, they wanted balance, energy, and a space to feel good in their bodies.
SPIERA Club was created to fill that need.
Focused on spinning, Pilates, and yoga, SPIERA is designed to offer a calm, high-end environment where people can reconnect with themselves through movement.
It’s not just about exercise, it’s about building habits that last, in a space that feels elevated yet welcoming.
The story became even more personal when Alex’s sister joined the journey. During her maternity leave, she became a certified yoga instructor, bringing a deep passion for yoga and meditation into the heart of SPIERA. Together, the team built a studio that reflects their shared values: intentional living, wellness as a lifestyle, and community without compromise.
SPIERA Club isn’t just a studio, it’s a movement. A place where people can step away from the noise and take a breath, stretch, spin, and sweat toward a stronger, more centered version of themselves.
